RETURNS

We hope that you are satisfied with the products you have ordered and we work hard to ensure that every order is correct and high quality. When you receive your order, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and delivery note. In case the products or the number of products you recieve are not the same as what you have ordered please notify us immediately, and our customer service team will work quickly and efficiently to ensure it is rectified with as little inconvenience to you as possible. If you would like to returns only accepted if it is unopened and in its original packaging and unused conditions. Jagota will only accept the returned products in the same condition as we sent. You are responsible for any returning costs at Jagota trading brothers.

Wrong item received

Please accept our apologies if you have received the wrong item. Mistakes might occasionally be made. Missing Orders

We apologies in the event that an order is missing. Please be assured that we will rectify the matter by either issuing a refund or by resending the order, however some rules are applied. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item only within 1 working day from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been completed (dispatched).
